DISCLAIMER.

1- Nutrition recommendations do not intend to treat or cure any present medical condition or diseases such as cancer, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, Parkinson’s disease, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis or, any other serious disease.

2- Customers with any current, physical or psychologic medical condition are advised to consult their GP for a written authorization letter to take exercise, prior to the beginning of the training process.

3- Submission of the Par Q questionnaire prior to exercise is compulsory.

CANCELLATIONS OF BOOKED/SCHEDULED TRAINING SESSIONS

1- If a customer can not attend a booked session, he or she must give a  24-hour cancellation notice before any due session. The customer can send this notice via phone text, what’s app or email to info@marcoberta.com, failure to do so will result in the session being lost and no refund will be given.

2- Exceptions to this policy are sudden injury sustained or an illness developed within the 24 hour period before the session is due. In such a case, the customer must produce a valid medical certificate.

3- The same rule applies to your coach. should he fail to let you know you earlier than 24 hours will result in an extra session on top of the one missed.

PARQ QUESTIONNAIRE

1-Prior to the start of the training process you will be required to complete a Par Q questionnaire . (Physical activity readiness questionnaire)

PAYMENTS

1- Payment for the service or services provided online or in-person is due in advance PRIOR to any training or service being undertaken.

2- Payment for any training packages must be in full in advance or monthly installments agreed by the contract.

3- The training process  and or any services or products offered online will start or will be delivered once founds have cleared our account.

LATENESS

1- If you are late for a session; the length of the training session will be reduced according to the time you are late so has not to run into another client’s time.

2- If you are more than 25 mins late; your session might be canceled as there will be no real benefits from such a short training time. No refund will take place.

3- If your coach is 25 mins late; you will be entitled to a complimentary session in addition to the remaining time of the current session.

REFUNDS

1- If for any medical reason you are no longer able to complete the remaining sessions of any training package; a refund will be given for the remaining sessions after you give proof from your GP.

2- If you have to leave the city for any sudden or  unexpected circumstance and you are no longer able to continue with the training process a refund for the remaining sessions may take place at the company discretion. You will have to explain and offer proof to support your claim.

3- If your coach becomes unavailable due to severe illness or injury, the training process will stop until he becomes available again and you will receive all the instructions you need to keep your present fitness.

4- In case of serious illness which prevents him to resume working for a long time  a refund for the remaining sessions will take place.
