If you live outside London or the UK, you cannot travel to the city but still want to make progress, Nutrition Assessments, and Training Programs to improve Body Composition, gain Lean Muscle, Posture correction or improve Health are offered online. The results obtained might not be as fast as the ones in One To One training but I have had great success with clients living overseas in Argentina, Germany, Oman, Italy, and Austria.
Whether you are new to training or have trained for years, the information gathered through a detailed screening process allows us to design the best possible program to help you reach your goal. Unlike programs sold in fitness apps or social media, you get outstanding training programs and nutrition recommendations designed on leading science and tailored to your specific needs.
To start, click on the online Service tab, select your required service, and add to the basket. Upon payment, you will receive your receipt and you will need to fill in and submit a Par Q form. (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). Also, you will receive a word document via email for you to fill in and send back, this document contains questions regarding training frequency, available training equipment, injuries, etc which are needed to design your program. For further questions on online nutrition and programs please refer to the FAQ section on the site. All personal information is kept safe and will never be disclosed to third parties in complying with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
